Went by for breakfast at the last minute this morning, and was able to get everything I wanted, even down to the special sauce for the grilled chicken, I've had issues at other locations(I'm from out of state) and even when clarifying I'll end up with 3 other sauces instead of the 1 I wanted and have to go back, today I didn't. Thank y'all so much and I'm sorry to the kid in the drive though if I came off rude! Very tasty and thank you again!

The staff here is always wonderful. Especially last night, I stopped by around 8pm to get some late dinner for my husband. They were busy, but as always have at least 2 people if not more taking orders. Always the nicest people working (mainly young adults). The food is warm and they follow directions! One of my favorite fast food restaurants.

exceptional service from James V! i go to chick-fil-a a lot but i love this location because they always make me feel welcome! James not only served us well but also was very occupied helping other guests, taking out trash, and helping his coworkers! Go chick-fil-a polaris! go james v!

We went through the drive thru, which, as seems to often be the case with Chick-fil-A, was hopping. Service was very friendly, of course. We ordered spicy chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, kids meal with chicken nuggets and mac and cheese, lemonade, and chocolate chip cookies. Unfortunately, the cookies weren't well packaged and fell out during transit, and there was no toy or treat for the kids meal. Food was very good!

Drive through; masters of the art. This place has excellent chicken and service. Recommend it very highly at both Polaris and Sawmill

It's been maybe 6 months since we've had this great food. We were able to dine in which is a plus since we've been driving all day. The order came out correct, the staff was great and the place was super clean. Can't wait to eat there again.

This is a very busy and popular place. I felt nervous having to maneuver through the two lanes of drive-thru customers, but I was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the workers, both inside and outside. I went inside, placed my order and stepped back to watch the energetic workers do their thing. It seemed there was going to be a change in shifts, so I saw workers coming in hoards, all greeting each other cheerfully. Chik-fil-A has the best lemonade around.

One of the things that I love about Chick-fil-A and this location as well is that the employees I genuinely happy you'd be hard-pressed at finding hint of boredom or rudeness this Chick-fil-A. The staff dress professionally the atmosphere has quality fixtures and furniture the menu is very clear and easy to read and the music is very calming this location has a nice play area for those that have kids the only downside to this location is sometimes it's a bit of a bottle neck or pain in the neck to get in and out especially during a high traffic times. Whenever you come here. You always feel a sense of peace they pretty much leave the industry when it comes fast food. Because you get a high-quality product at a low price.
